Wayne carries out Strata Subdivisions, Community Title Plans, Boma Surveys and large scale urban sub-divisions. Wayne manages and maintains our permanent Continuously Operating GPS Reference Station (CORS) at our office in Dubbo. The GPS reference station is used by GPS rover units around Dubbo. Wayne is also involved in 3D Laser Scanning.

Domenico Panetta

Commenced with Langford & Rowe in 1996 and has gained extensive experience in all facets of survey work, specialising in engineering, construction & GPS Surveys.
This experience led to his appointment as Senior Surveyor on the Lake Cowal Gold project, worth $1.2 Billion.
Responsibilities included:

  • Liaison with construction engineers
  • Carrying out check surveys continuously on site
  • Maintaining instruments
  • Signing off all work prior to the pouring of concrete
  • As-built surveys

Projects undertaken include:

  • Dubbo Juvenile Justice Centre
  • Dubbo Cinema Complex
  • Southlake’s Estate
  • Narromine, Gilgandra, Walgett & Nyngan wheat storage centres
  • Peak process plant

Domenic is proficient in CivilCAD and AutoCAD and is now currently involved in 3D Laser Scanning.

Harvey has been a part of Langford & Rowe for 50 years and is experienced in all facets of surveying, but specialises in large rural sub-divisions and Mining Lease plans. Harvey has carried out many large scale acquisition plans and Mining Lease plans for many of the mines in western NSW. Harvey also has many years experience in sewer & stormwater survey and design.

Mark McKeown

Mark McKeown

Qualified Draftsman (2006)

Mark joined Langford & Rowe in 2003 as an Apprentice Draftsman. Studied at Ultimo Tafe for 2 years part time and became qualified in 2006. Has been trained in all aspects of surveys and undertakes some GPS surveys and identification surveys. Took on the role of OH&S manager and is the I.T. guru for the company.

Proficient in CivilCAD and areas of AutoCAD/Map 3D.

Since Ron started with Langford & Rowe in 1995 he has been an important part in surveys across western NSW. He also maintains all of our survey supplies.
